MISSION:

What is our definition of “movement”?  Movement is progression, going forward, twisting ideas, art, design into innovation. Movement will always sustain. In our first gallery showcase, we will present a number of brands from a talented group of individuals that represent our definition of movement. These individuals have their own history that help paved the way in the New York City street scene during the 80’s and 90’s, and have lived a lifestyle that many are trying to put out in today’s market. Through their alliance, personal experience, their twist and interpretations, we present “movement” at THE MVMT.NYC.  

THE MVMT.NYC will fuse fashion and art, showcasing each brand as a masterpiece. We also create an intimate setting by featuring a small number of brands that  introduce what is “to come” out in the market. Come experience a new twist and a progression at THE MVMT.NYC.

SHOWCASE:  July 21 – 22, 2008 • 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, 620 Broadway, Loft 2R, NYC

PARTY:  TOUCH on Monday, July 21st, 240 West 52nd Street, Doors open at 8pm
